Hi! My name is Olivia (she/her).  I live on a little piece of land in Downeast  coastal Maine, on unceded Wabanaki territory.   I began my journey with Internal Family Systems with a cohort of folks committed to IFS as a collective process for liberation, and completed a year-long training in IFS and Social Change.  My studies continued includes an IFSCA certification as an IFS informed practitioner.   

My passion for this work is rooted in a deep belief in healing ourselves and our world through

compassionate listening, intuitive wisdom, and spacious re-membering our parts to self. 

Personally, IFS has deeply enriched my life and my own awareness, and I have a life-long

commitment to this work as an applied practice.  The scope of healing that this modality

encompasses continues to astound and inspire me.  Working with other people’s systems,

witnessing their parts and surrounding them in my own self-energy to enable them

to deepen into their own knowing is an honor.
